The goal of this training program is to upskill and educate the young student in a business environment.
The goal of these learnerships is transformation. It entails affording a young student a chance to take part in a 12 month training program. This allows for students to study and earn work experience simultaneously.
Our selection process starts by identifying positions available within the Company. Potential candidates will then be requested to submit their CV’s along with any further training certificates they have obtained in the schooling and working experience. Upon selection, candidates will be asked to attend a 1st interview with the Company followed by a 2nd interview before the final selection and job offer stage at Sintech.
The learnership runs over a period of 12 months (Generally from April – March). Each calendar month there is a face to face class held followed by weekly skype sessions with the Learnerships facilitator. As Sintech offers diverse working environments, qualifications will be based on the potential job opening. However, in general we find candidates with any business administration / management experience can adapt in any environment. Technical qualifications and experience are sort after as we work within the mining / off-highway industry.
